So how do we conduct Kegel Exercises? Here are a few items to consider and some easy suggestions:
Location
No, there's no need to enroll in a gym class. No special gym equipment too. You can exercise your PC muscles anywhere, at home, in the bathroom, in the car, in the office, etc. No one would even notice you're doing it.
Identifying the PC Muscle
Of course, you have to know first where the PC muscles are before exercising them. As stated above, these are your pelvic floor muscles with the most prominent being the sphincter muscles around the anus and bladder. You know where they are when you can squeeze off urinating or defecating. And with your penis fully erect, exercising the PC muscles will result in your penis lifting and bobbing up and down on its own.
First Try Outs
And unless you suffer from bladder or bowel incontinence for some medical reasons, there should be no impediment to doing Kegel exercises. The Kegel exercise involves squeezing the PC muscles and holding it for 2-3 seconds about 10 times or as often as you can manage. When urinating, you can start out squeezing the sphincter muscles so that the urine goes down in trickles, but not totally shut off as that could lead to bladder problems later on. Do this for 2-3 seconds interminably then let the urine pass.

Main Exercises
Do it consistently over the week, going 5-7 secs or longer after a couple of weeks and more frequently over time. During masturbation, do the Kegel exercises while the penis is erect without stroking. Notice the bobbing of your penis as you to this. Then as you stroke the penis, do the same Kegel . And as you reach orgasm, see if you can delay the ejaculation by squeezing your sphincter muscles. It probably won't succeed the first time. But doing this often will further strengthen the PC muscles and allow you to gain control when ejaculating.
